Employer Resource Guide
The Ƶ released the first Health Equity in the Workforce Employer Resource Guide in November 2023, developed in collaboration with the Deloitte Health Equity Institute and the SHRM Foundation.
The Guide is a roadmap that employers can use to advance equitable health for all employees.
In June 2024, the Association released Version 2 of the Guide, which contains the science-driven, recommended Top 10 health equity strategies and Top 10 metrics for employers to advance workforce health equity.
