- American Indian/Alaskan Native had a rate of 33.7 in 2008 which declined to 30.4 in 2018.
- Hispanics had a rate of 34.4 in 2008 which declined to 32 in 2018.
- Asian/Pacific Islanders had a rate of 35.3 in 2008 which declined to 29.6 in 2018.
